Vicarious Masculinity?
Let's assume that the black male and white female combination exaggerates extreme sex roles. These are muscular, hung black men, and pretty, sometimes submissive but always responsive, females. So, the porn is hotter (and the real thing too) because super-male is after super female.
The white male viewer identifies with the power and opportunity of the super-male who gets the super-female. In real life, the white guy isn't the super-male and can't get the super-female. That's one of the dynamics going on.
