Cut and Even Toned
Circumsized and proud of it! I know of one young lady who said that she prefers uncut dicks because she's noticed that a lot of black men who have been circumsized have a two-toned bone! That's right my friends! You see, a part of the penis from the head down to the upper part of the shaft can appear to be much lighter than the rest of the penis. For her, that's "off-putting".
