ive gone with cuz I have a vast assortment, without, without with hosiery, without wearing a body stocking...i mix things up alot

Always thongs. I hate 'panty-line'. And you just get used to them so persevere! Don't often go out without undies though I have when I've been with someone and wanted to get a reaction. And never to work, sorry :)

I wear panties when I am on my period to hold my pad, other than that no never unless its a thong with a low rise pair of jeans

Depends on a lot of things I guess:

- the type of work;
- the type of skirt;
- the length of skirt;
- the environment;
- personal preferences.

Personally I go without.
