It's strictly just weights. Now I don't know if they do cardio at home or not. @ Ramze~ Amen to that, nothing like running my hands over my guy's cut muscles. I'm all about a guys chest and arms!! ![]() Yea, I used to actually have pics of my body posted, until I started getting more feedback from "husbands" than anyone else. Working out, eh, I go usually 2 on 1 off. So I work out for two days then take a day to rest. People think working out multiple times a day or every day is beneficial. In reality, it actually damages muscle.
