I think "spanked" is a bit strong. It was a low scoring, defensive battle in which neither team played particularly well on offense. I also expect Mississippi State to lose at least one game. The team with the best chance to go undefeated based on their remaining schedule is Florida State, but I always bet against undefeated seasons because they are very, very hard to pull off. I would have lost betting against Florida State to go undefeated last season. Maybe I will lose that bet again this season too, but I am still making it. Just playing the odds.
