Myth or Fact? Are Older / Mature women more sexual active in their 40's/50's?

My experience is that older women, regardless of race or color, as a general rule are much less inhibited about satisfying their needs and exploring their desires. I am 20 so I can't address this issue from a personal perspective. But I can draw on anecdotal evidence based on some older people I know, and I believe that women do get less inhibited and more adventuresome and also freaky as they get into their 40's and 50's. This is certainly a generalization but one based on reality , in my opinion.

what i have to come to see is there are alot of factors, women seem to answer to their world from the time they are sexualy experimenting as a teen, through the "i have to land a mate" 20s-30s but once they are sick of all the b.s. they have been told from the world "do this do that be that" they live the married life and have time to focous on themselves, they feel safe and are able to do things and not be judged.
