I bought my wife Q and black spade anklet few months ago. She wears all the time still haven't got any attention from black men yet. I think at some point good things will happen just takes time.

I've got both Q spade and BBC anklet. Wear Q spade all the time and then I wear the other to the club. Got lots of responses at work from other females bout my Q spade anklet. Then I told them what it meant.

It is funny that I have met so many black guys who don't know the meaning of QoS sign nor understand why I wear them but of course there are those whom I meet in clubs and bars who approach me just because they see my QoS sign or tattoo on my leg.

Most people miss noticing an ankle bracelet, much less take the time to see lifestyle motifs on it, in most ordinary situations and places. Now, if you are at a lifestyle event or a pick-up spot, many are looking for clues. There are also provocative tee shirts out there that will get attention much more productively. First hand experience there on a regular basis. However, I do not have a QoS logo on a shirt. I have the temporary tattoos. Had a bumpersticker, but removed it since we still have kids around.
