How stupid. Invalid garbage on its face. Tantamount to one swearing to be of sound mind, no duress or coercion, etc., while signing contractual obligations with a cult, where similar brainwash is the presumption one is not likely to overcome. IT IS AGREED, on this the _____ day, of the month of _______________, in the year 20___,
by and between the white woman known as _______________________________, henceforth

There area many contracts which are signed by 2 parties which are considered to be legally binding documents. I would expect that as long as you consented to the terms of the contract, were fully aware of what you were signing, and weren't under the influence of any mind altering substances and were neither forced or coerced into signing the document, it should be legally binding, especially if signed in front of a 3rd party who is completely neutral to both of the parties signing the document.

The only way anyone would know if it was legal or...ahem...unlegal (baha) is if it was tested in court.

If I were asked to rule on this by the aggrieved party (presuming it was the contractually bound female) my first inclination would be to think- If you're stupid enough to sign something like this, then why are you looking at me to break it?

If a notary public is willing to notarize it in front of both assignees it very well could be legal. But I highly doubt either one of you would be willing to contest the agreement in your local superior court house. Imagine appearing on national TV in front of Judge Judy on the legality if one decides to breach the agreement. show ratings would go off the charts on this one. Might even set a new precedent, {Whore slave vs. BB Bull}
If it's not and you both agree to sign it then live by it on your own accord.
