There area many contracts which are signed by 2 parties which are considered to be legally binding documents. I would expect that as long as you consented to the terms of the contract, were fully aware of what you were signing, and weren't under the influence of any mind altering substances and were neither forced or coerced into signing the document, it should be legally binding, especially if signed in front of a 3rd party who is completely neutral to both of the parties signing the document.
