Get tested every 3 months , shower before and after sex , and try Neem Oil ; or Abelean cream .... They both work well with many people. And have been for a long time

That all came down a year ago. Took a year to convict him for it though, which is the somewhat recent story. He always seemed to be a nice and affable guy too.
