Default Video and Chat Issues - use non-proprietary formats/tools please!
Flash is a very poor video format for inter-compatibility.
More and more people are using computers that are not windows or macintosh operating systems. These include GNU/Linux based devices and Android based devices.
I personally have issues watching videos on a GNU/Linux machine and on my Android based tablet. The chat feature is also flash based and never works properly for me.
This is a disappointment, and will be the primary reason why I will NOT be renewing my membership.
