About myself/ourselves

Seeking a Long Term relationship. Please be: fun, energetic, passionate, eager, and sane. I have been in the lifestyle over 10 Years. I am a clean cut white 38 male. I want somebody I can go backpacking & hiking with. I'm addicted to optimism (but enjoy a healthy dose of skepticism, and a dash of humorous cynicism thrown in too), having things to look forward to and experiencing gratitude. Things I'm grateful for: the love of friends & family, my incredible luck (I've got great karma, powerful angels sit on my shoulders), and the ability to adapt. What do I tend to do? Visit with friends and family all over the States, Cooking for them, keep up with politics a bit, catch up on movies during Oscar season, jogging, biking, both giving and receiving. Travel is an essential part of life for me. At the very least, the romantic weekend getaway is priceless. New experiences - cultural, culinary, social and/or outdoorsy - appeal to me. Season tickets to a sports team wouldn't be an attraction, but when it's every so often, I'll enjoy live or special event sports immensely. And the fishing trip or the hot-rod driving lesson, when they're treats but not lifestyles. Then again, not everything has to be done with one's lover, and I do believe that indulging in separate interests make us more interesting once we return to each other. I'm mainly inspired by Art Nouveau (Mucha), the Renaissance period (Botticelli, Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Raphael), Mannerism (Jacopo Pontormo), Surrealism (Salvador Dahli), and Impressionism/post-impressionism (Renoir, Degas, Monet, Manet, van Gogh...) I realize that a birth chart doesn't necessarily denote one's character precisely and that a variety of environmental factors and life events play an integral part in shaping a person and their attitudes, but every chart I've come across is pretty damn close if not spot on in describing the person in question. Look me up - I promise I'm a textbook case :) I love singing and dancing. I unconsciously wiggle when I'm happy or pleased and I add in my own sound effects to life. I love collecting trinkets of information and sharing them with people. Animals are an important part of my life. I have one cat (rebel) I love reading and learning. I am a spiritual entity. Mental Diseases/Disorders completely fascinate me. So when can we talk or go out to dinner? I am a laid back kind of guy. I do not like or play head games or drama, so if you do please just pass me by I have had enough in my life and do not want or need any more in my life. Thanks. I am very honest, romantic, realistic kind of guy. I treat people with the same respect that I would like to be treated. I don’t sweat the small things in life. I like to have fun. But can be serious when needed. And can get along with just about anyone. And I can be a little stubborn at times and with that said I am not perfect!!I like travel and enjoy life. And I am not looking for someone perfect just perfect for me. So if I spark something with u let me know. I like going to wineries, outdoor activities, sports, antiquing, concerts, and clubbing, I also like to travel.
