How is that a problem?
You need to think of yourselves as a couple, with common interests. As much as an IR encounter for your wife might turn you on and you think she'd come around to appreciate it too, your wife may have a fantasy of her own that you wouldn't think would turn you on or even occur to you that could surprise you. Take it easy on coercion and explore the path you both forge. It is about your mutual pleasure. But bringing up your desires and discussing them is a noble thing that too many people cannot muster the bravery to do. So since she knows, perhaps one day she'll take you up on it. Just don't count on it.
