If somebody prefers to have sex with a Latina over you a white female, then yes that is in part a race-based decision. But, that has no negative unlawful or immoral consequence upon you economically, physically, emotionally etc. because of your race. Other than maybe your feelings might get a little hurt. Consenting adults are rightfully free to fuck whoever they want to. That's a very personal decision. And if they choose one race over another and you're not of that race, then unless you commit a crime you won't be fucking that person LOL! In order for it to be classified as "racism", it would have to have some unacceptable, damaging impact upon you just because you're white. Just like a white woman refusing to sleep with me because I'm black isn't racism, so too is a man choosing to sleep with a Latina (or whoever) instead of you a white woman not indicative of racism. It may be prejudiced, and we may not like it. But, it doesn't rise to the level of racism. In order for it to be classified as "racism", there has to be far more harm done than just somebody's feelings getting hurt over somebody else's very personal choice about who they want to sleep with.

By calling this "racism", it seems to me that you're doing exactly what I've seen you accuse some black people of doing! Somebody of a different color makes a decision that you don't like, and then automatically you start out by alleging racism?! Even if it's something as personal as who you choose to sleep with??? So, let me get this straight. It's racism if you think it may have some undesirable outcome for you (black man choosing Latinas over white women), but if it's some outcome that a black person doesn't like (regarding whatever) and they allege racism because it was somebody of another race who contributed to said outcome, well then they should just "quit their bitching" because you've been discriminated against too, so stop calling everything racism??? 1. women aren't all that threatening/intimidating in general, so it takes away from the whole "dominant" factor. sure, a woman can ruin your life and that's more than enough to fear them, but unless you're mother russia from kickass chances are you won't be dominating anyone as a woman
2. stereotypes. if anyone is going to assume a woman is submissive, they're gonna pick the "white daddy's girl that can't take care of herself", not the "strong independent black woman dat don't need no man"

in other words, it's not your fault. people are going to assume you're submissive as much as they assume a short guy with muscles is overcompensating for his height. not much you can do about it.

I'm gonna guess that the ones you've encountered either have learned/been taught that white women are submissive because it is such a major part of such a popular fantasy; or they like submissive women and are trying you out, just like dominant, (and "dominant"), men at other fetish clubs. Back in the days I would hear white guys refer to white women as pigs, which was their code word for whore, slut, etc; they also would convey that white women were submissive.
The majority of the white women that I come in to contact with, whether we're having sex or not, seem submissive.
