You need to show her that she can trust you to not be worried that she will hurt you being sexual with another man. And maybe make it clear this is something you are doing together, and just because she's doing this doesn't mean you have a hall pass to be unfaithful.

You are so correct! My wife was very leery of my objectives when I first suggested this. She said, “You mean you just want to watch, or is this a reason to do stuff on your own?!”
This needs to be discussed and well thought out prior to just, “doing it”, and yes it is something that is done together not for you to use it against her later or justify your own activities.
