She’d never had any decent experiences dealing with black guys from her previous jobs and growing up, her family was always against her dating black guys. It took me several years of convincing her to look past that and get to know someone personally. As we lived in Baltimore, she worked in the city, so she’d always get hit up on and flirted with.
