I realize this is an old thread but wanted to reply anyway. The answer is simple and has been mentioned more than a few times so far. Most types of pornography cash in on some type of taboo activity, whether the subject matter be interracial sex, lesbians, threesomes (or more), anal sex,or just a pretty Japanese woman (read: traditionally shy and conservative) taking her clothes off. It's the forbidden fruit that excites us most after we get accustomed to our norms.

A few have played the racism card on this topic. That misses the point for the most part, however I do see occasional bits of racism on interracial adult websites, including this one, that disgust me. It's usually in the form of the N-word being used in photo captions and I think it would be great if this type of behavior would be more aggressively rooted out and prohibited.
