This is an interesting question. Well, everybody's here for a reason, right? Can only speak for myself. So, will offer that perspective.
First off, it's easier to explain what's a turnoff. Any comments about sissies and humiliation wrecks it. A lot of guys seem to get off on flashing the wedding ring. Don't see the big attraction here. Not just in porn, but in regular life, tired of looking at white women with tattoos and boob jobs. Something to be said for presenting yourself the way God made you. Next up, not everything has to always be about history and the liberal BS. The taboo aspect is still kind of arousing. Just from the other side, if a white woman only goes for black dick because she's being accused of racism if she doesn't, that's totally frigged up. Gang bangs, anal and thugs generally do it for me. The inferior/superior roles needs to stop. Like the army, be all you can be, but still let your imagination run wild.
Now the fun part - discussing what I like about it. The first viewing was an Emmanuelle movie, set in Brazil. This scene when she lost her male friend, and ended up in an abandoned building with a group of blacks. She ended up getting it on with one of them, while the others must've taken off. It was softcore but extremely hot. For the more explicit stuff, my early favorites were Ray Victory and Sean Michaels. I'm comfortable enough to admit that it was always enjoyable to look at them and their cocks in action. After all, if you're afraid of looking at men (any kind), then why watch it in the first place?
Obviously, more stuff is available now, which means there's also more lower quality stuff. Unlike some of the others posting in this thread, seeing a black dude with a smaller cock isn't the same, nor is it if he's fat/out of shape or a little guy (no Tee Reel). Something leads me to believe that Mandingo and Lexington Steele have had some form of surgical enhancement. Again, let's keep it real. The industry, as we all know, is largely fueling performers with coke and Viagra. So, the more geniuine it appears, the better. Of the newer performers, Justin Slayer is like a current Ray Victory and there's this new nigga, Ice Cold. He should be a superstar, because he is BBC, always hard and shoots huge loads. That's what you want to see, right? Can't understand why he hasn't done more films.
Most importantly, the woman has to really be into it. Can't say for sure that there's that big of a difference with IR and other forms, because remember they're getting paid. Yes, some defintely are more into it, while for some, it's a job. As for the amateur scene, there's some that's BETTER than the professionals, but a lot isn't worth watching.
To conclude, it's not any addiction, as it shouldn't be for anybody.
