This really seems to work! I'm pretty much a wimp and my wife Sherry controls when we have sex. Out of frustration I started a few years ago to feel her up when she was sleeping. All of the above. I've had sessions that last from 5 minutes to off and on through out the night almost an hour and a half. I found that you really have to be patient and persistent. I usually start when I hear her breath in a way that I know she is sleeping. This take time to learn.

I do want to make a couple things clear. Since Sherry has in the past been the one in charge of our sex life I think I do this so I feel at some time I'm in control.
