I'm thinking that might be because of the power exchange thing. In your case, your sample is white women who are having sex with a black man. At least a LOT of white women who have sex with black choose a black man who gives the sense of being overpowered. It's easier for any guy NOT in a relationship with a woman to keep that mystique of power going than the guy she sees wake in the morning, carry out the trash, father the kids, get the oil changed in the car, etc. The mundanities of life just aren't that exciting. Or, maybe, the out of the ordinary is powerful just because it is unusual. Anal is also somewhat more "animalistic", (when it's done right  ), and not every woman is comfortable afterwards with any guy she's in a relationship with.
On the other hand, when she's there just for the sex anyway . . . .
