Default First Night of whispering
New to the thread and session. I have read thru the thread and also the PDF. Thank you and have put it to work.
Woke up at 2 am to my partner snoring and began whispering to her. I spent the better part of 20 minutes using the technique on the quieter side of her breathing. All suggestions of BBC and her desire to have it.

How long should my sessions run? Any useful techniques that have worked well? Should I suggest the same things or change it up?
